Thank you for shopping with Rah Doggin' Apparel. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Because many apparel items may be made to order, processing times can vary depending on order volume, product availability, and fulfillment demand.

Orders are not typically processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Domestic Shipping:
3–10 business days after shipment

International Shipping:
7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by Rah Doggin' Apparel.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Rah Doggin' Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Rah Doggin Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.

We will do our best to assist you, but final delivery issues must typically be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

Rah Doggin' Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping procedures.
